Returns

When you shop at Creative Cooks, you can do so with confidence – the confidence of knowing that if a product you purchase is faulty, you can return it and we will provide you with an exchange, refund, store credit or repair within the guidelines outlined below. This policy applies to all purchases made from Creative Cooks, whether in one of our stores or online.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Creative Cooks and if the product is faulty we will exchange or refund it hassle free.

Proof of Purchase 

Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by either of the following documents:

  • Original purchase receipt (this is sent to your nominated email address for online purchases)
  • Original return/exchange receipt

Have a Warranty Claim? 

We have a great relationship with our suppliers and as such we will ensure any warranty claims are processed quickly and smoothly. We will work with both you and the supplier to rectify any warranty issues in a timely manner.

Goods Arrived Damaged?

If your goods arrive damaged or inoperable we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. If the goods are damaged during shipping we will endeavour to correct things as quickly as possible. Change of Mind

 If you have changed your mind about your purchase within the 30 day return period, Creative Cooks will be pleased to offer you a refund, exchange or store credit (minus shipping costs) at the original location of purchase and at the discretion of Creative Cooks provided that:

    • You return the item within 30 days of purchase (at your expense);
    • The goods were not a clearance line or special customer order
    • You provide Proof of Purchase
    • The item is in re-saleable condition including that:
      - It is in its original/undamaged packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
      - It is unused and in its original condition

Bonus items/Gift Vouchers

All gift cards or bonus items attached to the purchased products, or all elements of any bundled items, must also be returned with the original purchase. If not, the value of any such unreturned gift voucher, bonus or bundled item, or used portion of any gift voucher will be deducted from any refund.

Special Exception - please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund on Creative Cooks Gift Card purchases unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, in breach of consumer guarantees or where otherwise required by law.

Payment Method

We will refund using your original payment method or, where appropriate and at Creative Cooks sole discretion, on a Creative Cooks store credit note.
Cash Paid (Under $250.00) - a refund of cash will be issued by the store.
Cash Paid (Over $250.00) - a refund request will be sent to Head Office and a deposit will be made into your bank within 14 days from receipt of the refund document. (customer must supply valid BSB and account number)
