Fondant Basics

This course is designed to introduce the most exciting and satisfying way to
decorate a cake: FONDANT!

Students will be guided every step of the way to create hand-shaped flowers
(Roses, Carnations, Daisy and Mums), beautiful borders and a bow loop.

Also you will learn covering a cake board and a cake with fondant, creating
geometric designs using fondant cut-outs.

At the end of the course, you will be capable of using all the techniques
to create a wonderful cake that showcases your new skills !
